Your UzOffice account

Sign up with email, Google or Telegram, sign in, recover or change your password, update your profile and email, review the activity log and keep your account safe.

Updated:

Signing up

You can open an UzOffice account in three ways. Whichever you choose, the account works the same: your documents, subscription and Word add-in API keys are all tied to it.

With email

  1. Open the sign-up page

Go to Create your account. No bank card is required.

  2. Fill in the form

Enter your First name, Last name, Email address, Password and Confirm password. Password requirements are listed below under Password requirements.

  3. Click “Create account”

You're taken to the sign-in page with the message “Sign up successful! Check your email to confirm your account.” Now confirm your email.

With Google or Telegram

On the sign-up or sign-in page click Continue with Google or Continue with Telegram and allow access. The account is created automatically with the name from your Google or Telegram profile, and no confirmation email is needed.

  • Google: the account is tied to your Google email address. If you already signed up with that address, Google is linked to the existing account — no second account is created.
  • Telegram: Telegram doesn't share an email address. To receive emails (such as password reset links), add your real email in your profile after signing in.

7-day free trial

Every new account automatically gets the 7-day Free plan (for email sign-ups — once the email is confirmed). It includes one API key for the Word add-in. More: Subscriptions.

Confirming your email

After signing up with email you receive a message titled “Confirm your email”. Click Confirm account in it — the “E-mail confirmed successfully” page opens and you are signed in automatically.

  • You can't sign in before confirming: the sign-in page shows “Sign-in not allowed. Please confirm your email.”
  • The confirmation link is valid for about 24 hours.
  • No email? Check your Spam and Promotions folders.

Link expired or the email never arrived?

The site has no “resend confirmation” button. If your address is a Gmail account, click Continue with Google on the sign-in page — your account becomes confirmed. Otherwise write to support.

Signing in

  1. Open the sign-in page

On the Sign In page enter your email and password — or use the Google or Telegram button.

  2. Tick “Remember Me” if you like

When ticked, you stay signed in even after closing the browser. When not ticked, the session ends when the browser closes. Don't tick it on a shared or public computer.

  3. Click “Sign In”

A wrong email or password shows “Invalid email or password.”

While you use the site the session keeps extending; after 24 hours of inactivity you'll be asked to sign in again.

If you changed your Username in the profile, enter that username in the email field of the sign-in page.

Forgot your password

  1. Request a reset link

On the sign-in page click Forgot Password?, enter your Email address and click Send Reset Link.

  2. Open the email

If an account with that address exists, a “Reset Your Password” email arrives within a few minutes. For security the site doesn't reveal whether an address is registered. The link is valid for about 24 hours.

  3. Set a new password

Click the button in the email, enter the new password twice and click Set New Password. Then sign in with the new password.

If you sign in with Google or Telegram, you don't need a password — just use that button.

Changing your password

Open the Security tab of your profile settings, fill in New Password and Confirm New Password and click Update Password. The current password isn't requested, so people who signed up with Google or Telegram can also set a password here and then sign in with email and password.

Password requirements

  • at least 6 characters;
  • at least one uppercase (A–Z) and one lowercase (a–z) letter;
  • at least one digit (0–9);
  • at least one symbol, such as ! @ # $ %.

For example, Qalam#2026 meets the requirements. Pick a longer password you don't use on other sites.

Profile details

On the Profile tab you can change:

First Name, Last Name
Required, up to 50 characters. Your name also appears in the F.I.Sh field of the Word add-in
Username
Required. Normally the same as your email — it affects signing in, so don't change it without a reason
Phone Number
Optional
Email
Changed through confirmation — see below

Click Update Information to save. The same page lets you choose the interface language and the Appearance (System, Light or Dark theme).

Changing your email

  1. Enter the new address

On the Profile tab type the new address in the Email field and click Update Information.

  2. Confirm the new address

A “Confirm your new email address” message is sent to the new address. Until you click its link, the old address stays in effect. The link is valid for about 24 hours.

  3. Done

After you click the link, the “Email address changed” page opens. From now on you sign in with the new address.

For security, a “Your email address is being changed” warning is also sent to the old address. If you didn't request the change, change your password immediately and contact support. If the new address belongs to another account, you'll see “This email address is already used by another account”.

Activity log

The Activity log shows important events on your account — it's where you check that nobody else has signed in. Each entry shows the date and time, the device (browser and system) and the IP address.

FilterEvents
Sign-insSign-ins (email, Google, Telegram), sign-outs, failed sign-in attempts
AccountAccount created, email confirmed, profile updated, password changed or reset, email changed
API & devicesAPI key created, renamed or revoked; Word add-in activated on a new computer
SubscriptionCheckout started and subscription activated

The top of the page shows your last sign-in and the number of failed sign-ins and events over the last 30 days. Entries are kept for 180 days and then deleted automatically.

If you see a sign-in from an unknown device or IP, a password reset you didn't request or many failed attempts, change your password right away.

API keys

The API Keys tab is where you create and manage keys for the Word add-in: view and copy a key, rename it, delete it and see the computers connected to it. The top of the page shows your active keys, connected devices and plan limits.

Creating a key and activating the add-in, step by step: Activating the Word add-in.

Deleting your account

There's no self-service delete button on the site. To delete your account, write from your account's email address to support@mimaxgroup.com or use another option on the contact page. Download any documents you need before the request is processed: once the account is deleted you can no longer access them, and your API keys stop working.

Security tips

  • Use a long, unique password you don't use anywhere else; a password manager helps.
  • Don't tick “Remember Me” on shared or public computers, and sign out when you're done.
  • Review your activity log from time to time.
  • Keep API keys as secret as passwords: don't share them or paste them into chats. If a key leaks, delete it and create a new one.
  • UzOffice will never ask for your password. Don't click links in suspicious emails that claim to come from us.
