Introduction to Spreadsheet Editor

The spreadsheet editor provides a robust interface for creating, editing, and managing spreadsheets compatible with Excel formats. It features multiple tabs for various functionalities: File for opening, saving, printing, and exporting spreadsheets in formats like XLSX, CSV, and PDF; Home for basic editing like copy, paste, cut, font formatting, and cell alignment; Insert for adding charts, images, and tables; Format for cell formatting and conditional rules; Data for sorting and filtering; Review for validation and comments; View for adjusting display settings; and Formulas for advanced calculations and data analysis.

Using Excel Formulas

In the Formulas tab, access a wide range of Excel-compatible formulas for calculations, such as SUM, AVERAGE, IF, and VLOOKUP. Insert functions, manage defined names, and use formula auditing tools to trace errors or dependencies. Supports localized function names in Uzbek, Russian, and English.

Data Sorting & AutoFilter

The Data tab allows sorting data by columns in ascending or descending order, with support for multilingual sorting rules, including Uzbek text. Use AutoFilter to filter data based on values, conditions, or custom criteria, enabling efficient management of large datasets.

Data Visualization

In the Insert tab, create charts (bar, line, pie, etc.), sparklines, and pivot tables to visualize data. Customize chart styles, colors, and layouts to suit your needs, with support for multilingual labels in Uzbek, Russian, and English.

Data Validation & Review

In the Review tab, apply data validation rules to restrict cell input (e.g., lists, numbers, or dates). Add comments for collaboration, track changes, and protect sheets with passwords to ensure secure editing.

Using Ribbon UI & Context Menus

The ribbon interface provides quick access to tools across tabs. Context menus, accessible by right-clicking cells, offer options like cut, copy, paste, format cells, insert/delete rows or columns, and apply filters. Customize the ribbon to show or hide specific commands based on your needs.
