The text editor provides a comprehensive interface for creating and editing documents. It features multiple tabs for different functionalities: File for managing documents like opening, saving, printing, and downloading in various formats; Home for basic editing tools such as copy, paste, cut, font family, font size, and other formatting options; Insert for adding elements; Page Layout for adjusting document structure; References for managing citations; Review for checking and protecting; View for display settings; Mailings for merge operations; and Translation & Analysis for language-specific tools including Cyrillic to Latin conversion, apostrophe correction, and spell checking.
Formatting Documents
In the Home tab, you can apply basic formatting to text, such as changing font name, size, color, bold, italic, underline, and highlight. Paragraph alignment, line spacing, indentation, and styles (character or paragraph) are also available. Use clipboard commands for cut, copy, and paste operations.
Exporting to PDF
In the File tab, you can export documents to PDF format, preserving all formatting. Options include printing directly or downloading in various formats like DOCX, RTF, TXT, and PDF.
Document Protection
Protect documents with passwords, restrict editing, and track changes. Use review features to add comments and manage revisions for secure collaboration.
Cyrillic ↔ Latin Transliteration
In the Translation & Analysis tab, convert the entire document between Cyrillic and Latin scripts using K-L or L-K buttons. Correct apostrophes with the dedicated button. Perform spell checks for Uzbek, Russian, and English languages. For selected text, use the context menu to transliterate between scripts.
