What document templates are
UzOffice includes ready-made Uzbek templates for the documents most often needed in office paperwork: applications, explanatory notes, employment certificates, the personal record form (obyektivka), résumés, official letters, orders, meeting minutes, acts, powers of attorney and receipts. Every template:
- comes in both Latin and Cyrillic script;
- has a filled-in sample, so you can see how the document is written;
- is a DOCX file that opens in the UzOffice editor and in Microsoft Word.
- Public catalog
- /hujjat-namunalari — the list of all templates and samples.
- Dashboard
- The Templates section in the left menu — add a copy to your documents in one click.
- Who can view
- A few popular samples — everyone; the rest — registered users.
- Download and fill in
- With an active subscription (a free 7-day trial after signing up).
The template texts are in Uzbek; the catalog interface is available in English.
Blank template and filled-in sample
Each template has two variants:
Blank template
The places to fill in are in [square brackets], and dates and numbers are left as blanks like “___” __________. This is the file you download or open in the editor.
Filled-in sample
The same document, completely filled in with example data: to whom, from whom, which date, which wording. Look through it before writing your own.
Names, organizations, passport details, tax IDs and account numbers in the samples are fictional — they only show what goes into each field. Organization names deliberately contain the word “Namuna” (“sample”).
The personal record (obyektivka) template is laid out as a filled-in sample from the start: replace its details with your own.
Using the public catalog
-
Open the catalog
In the top menu choose Solutions → Document templates, or go to /hujjat-namunalari. Find the document with the search box or by category (Applications, HR & employment, Letters, Organizational, Powers of attorney & receipts).
-
Open the template page
Click a card. The document itself is shown on the left: the Filled-in sample / Blank template buttons switch the variant, and Latin / Cyrillic switches the script.
-
Download or fill in online
Download blank template and Download sample give you the DOCX file, and Fill in online adds a copy to your UzOffice documents and opens it in the editor. Both work when you are signed in with an active subscription.
Open and locked templates
A few popular samples (for example, the general application, the job application and the explanatory note) are fully open to everyone. For the other templates, visitors who are not signed up see only the title, description and filling tips — that is what the For registered users label means. A free account unlocks all templates.
The full document text is also at the bottom of the page — use Copy to paste it anywhere.
Creating a document from a template in the dashboard
-
Open Templates
Click Templates in the left menu. The Documents page also shows a row of popular templates and an All templates button.
-
Preview
The Preview button on a card opens the whole document. Use the Script switch to pick Latin or Cyrillic — your choice is remembered.
-
Click “Use”
A copy of the template is added to your documents and opens in the editor immediately. The original template never changes, so you can use it as often as you like.
A document created from a template is an ordinary document: it counts towards your plan’s document and storage limits.
Filling in a template correctly
- Delete the text in
[square brackets]together with the brackets and type your own details. - The addressee (organization, position, full name) goes in the top right corner; in Uzbek it takes the ending “‑ga”.
- Write job titles and departments exactly as in the staff schedule; write amounts in figures and in words.
- The date and signature are usually added by hand after printing.
- Download the finished document from the editor as DOCX or print it (PDF too if your plan includes it).
These are general forms
The templates deliberately contain no references to specific articles of law. Some documents — for example, a power of attorney for real estate, a vehicle or banking — must be notarized; in such cases consult a professional.
Latin or Cyrillic
Every template and sample is prepared separately in both scripts, so there is nothing to convert — just pick the one you need. To move your own text to the other script, use the conversion in the editor or the Latin–Cyrillic converter.
My templates
Besides the ready-made templates, you can keep your own: your organisation’s letterhead, a contract or any document you fill in regularly. Only you can see them.
-
Open the section
Click My templates in the left menu.
-
Add a template
Click Add template and upload a file From computer or pick one From my documents. Word files are accepted:
.docx,.dotx,.doc,.rtf,.odt— up to 15 MB. The Save as template item in a DOCX document’s menu on the Documents list opens the same window. -
Create a document from it
The New document button on a template card creates a new document from a copy of the template. The template itself stays unchanged.
Every file is checked before it’s saved: documents with macros, or that load something from the internet when opened, are not accepted. Your account can hold up to 200 templates; they count toward your plan’s storage and require an active subscription.
In the Word add-in
All ready-made templates and the personal templates in your account are also in the side pane of the O‘zOffice add-in for Word: Matn tahriri → Hujjat shablonlari. There you can open a template as a new document or insert it at the cursor, and save the open document as a template. More: document templates in the Word add-in.
Frequently asked questions
What do I need to download a template?
An UzOffice account and an active subscription. Signing up gives you a free 7-day trial, during which you can also download and fill in every template online. Without a subscription you can only view templates.
Can I edit a template in Microsoft Word?
Yes, the files are ordinary DOCX. If you need Uzbek spell checking and Latin–Cyrillic conversion in Word, install the UzOffice add-in.
What if the template I need is missing?
Take the closest template and change the text, or create a blank document. Tell support which template you need — the catalog keeps growing.
If I edit a template, does the original change?
No. “Use” and “Fill in online” create a new copy of the template each time; you only edit your own copy.
