UzOffice is an online office for the Uzbek language. Below is the complete list of what works today — in the browser and in the Microsoft Word add-in.
Online text editor
In the browser
A full word processor in the browser with a familiar ribbon — an alternative to Microsoft Word for everyday Uzbek documents.

Formatting and layout Fonts, styles, lists, tables, images, headers and footers, page setup — on the Home, Insert, Page Layout and References tabs.

Open and download files Open DOCX, RTF, TXT and HTML files from your computer; download a document as DOCX, RTF, TXT or HTML.

Script conversion in the editor A dedicated ribbon tab converts the whole document Latin→Cyrillic, Cyrillic→Latin or to the 2026 alphabet; right-click converts just the selection.

Apostrophe fixing One button replaces the wrong apostrophes in o‘, g‘ and in words like ma’no with the correct characters.

Print and templates Print straight from the browser; start from a blank page or a ready-made CV template.

Autocorrect and bookmarks Typical typing slips are corrected automatically; bookmarks help you navigate long documents.

Autosave The document saves itself a few seconds after you stop typing; the status next to the title shows “Saved 14:32”. Ctrl+S saves instantly. Depends on your plan.

PDF export “Download PDF” on the File tab creates a PDF of the current content with correct Cyrillic and ‘ ’ characters. Depends on your plan.

Calculations, lists and reports in XLSX — the format Excel uses — without installing anything.

Formulas and functions A dedicated Formulas tab with the standard function library for sums, averages, lookups, dates and more.

The conversion engine follows Uzbek spelling rules, not a letter-by-letter table — so words like «ma’no», «shahri» or «yo‘l» come out right.

Uzbek spell check

Our own Uzbek dictionaries recognise word endings, so correctly inflected words are not flagged as errors.

Latin and Cyrillic Separate dictionaries for both scripts; for Latin you choose the current alphabet, the 2026 alphabet, or automatic.

As you type Mistakes are underlined while you write; right-click shows up to five suggestions.

Personal dictionary Add names and terms you use so they are no longer marked; remove them at any time.

Dictionary updates Dictionaries are extended regularly; the Word add-in downloads new versions automatically.
Sharing and access
In the browser
Give colleagues access to a document without sending files back and forth.

By e-mail or phone Share a document with a specific person using their e-mail address or phone number.

View or edit View-only recipients get a read-only editor; editors can change and save the document.

Change or revoke Switch a person from view to edit (or back) or remove their access completely — at any time.

For those who work in desktop Word: the same Uzbek tools on the Word ribbon. It is an optional part of UzOffice, not a separate product.

Convert inside Word Whole document or selected text: Latin→Cyrillic, Cyrillic→Latin and to the 2026 alphabet, without breaking formatting.

Spell check in Word Check the whole document or while typing, with suggestions on right-click and a choice of Latin alphabet.

Apostrophe fixing Normalise all o‘, g‘ and ’ characters in a document with one button.

Works offline after activation Activate once with a key from your account; conversion and spell check then run locally on your computer.

Requirements Windows 10 or 11 with Microsoft Word 2016, 2019, 2021 or Microsoft 365 (desktop). Updates are checked automatically.
