Choose the scope from the menu — your choice is remembered. Sheet names can be converted too if you want (off by default).
Spelling errors — on screen
Misspelt words get a coloured wavy mark, just like in Word. Nothing is written to the file, the cell format or the printout.
Suggestions on right-click
Right-click a flagged word and suggestions appear at the top of the menu. The rest of the cell text and its formatting are kept.

In a spreadsheet, text sits next to formulas and numbers — the add-in touches only the text and gives you a way back.

- Notes and text shapes are converted too.
- Excel’s Ctrl+Z history doesn’t keep add-in changes — so the ribbon has its own “Bekor qilish” (Undo) button. It reverts the last conversion without touching cells you edited by hand afterwards.
- Converting sheet names is optional: macros and INDIRECT formulas that refer to a sheet by its name may break, so it’s off by default.
- Fast on big sheets too: tens of thousands of cells in seconds.
- Web addresses and e-mails are left as they are; protected sheets, charts and pivot tables aren’t changed.

FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Will my formulas break?
No. Only cells containing text are converted. Formulas and their results, numbers and dates are left alone; numbers stored as text, like “00125”, stay text.
Why doesn’t Ctrl+Z undo the conversion?
Excel doesn’t keep changes made by add-ins and macros in its Ctrl+Z history. That’s why the ribbon has a “Bekor qilish” (Undo) button: it reverts the last conversion and leaves cells you edited by hand afterwards alone.
Are sheet names converted too?
Only if “Varaq nomlarini ham oʻgirish” is ticked (off by default). Excel updates references in formulas itself, but macros and INDIRECT formulas that refer to a sheet by name as text may stop working.
Does it slow down on big spreadsheets?
No. Tens of thousands of cells are usually converted in a few seconds. Spelling marks are drawn on screen only and don’t make the file heavier.
Do I need a separate licence for each app?
No. One key covers all three add-ins: activate the licence in Word, Excel or PowerPoint and the other two are active too. All three apps on one computer count as one device.
Does it work on a phone or a Mac?
No, the add-ins are for Office on Windows only: they don’t work on a Mac, phone or tablet, or in Office Online in the browser. There, use the UzOffice web version — it runs in the browser and offers the same conversion and spell-check features.
Are the add-ins free?
Downloading and installing are free. To use them inside Office you need an UzOffice account and an active subscription — the API key comes with it. Registration includes a 7-day trial.
