The main buttons and rules are the same in Word, Excel and PowerPoint — learn it in one app and you know the others. Excel and PowerPoint also have extra buttons for stepping through errors.
Words missing from the dictionary and words used wrongly in context get a coloured wavy mark on screen, and the status bar shows how many errors were found. Nothing is written to the file: saving, printing and PDF are unaffected.
Right-click a flagged word for suggestions, add it to the dictionary or ignore it. In Excel and PowerPoint, “Keyingi xato” and “Birma-bir tuzatish” walk you through every error.
Spelling can be checked automatically as you type or when a file opens. In Excel and PowerPoint you choose the mark colour — red or yellow.
When the marks in o‘, g‘ and the glottal-stop apostrophe are mixed up (' ‘ ’ `), one button fixes them: across the whole document in Word, and in the chosen scope in Excel and PowerPoint.
Latin→Cyrillic and Cyrillic→Latin: the selection or the whole document, workbook or presentation. Fonts, colours and formatting stay put.

No. Text is replaced character by character, in place: fonts, colours, tables, lists and links are preserved. In Excel, formulas, numbers and dates aren’t touched at all.
It depends on the plan: each key has an allowed number of computers (the 7-day trial includes 1 key for 1 computer). Word, Excel and PowerPoint on one computer count as one device. To move the add-ins to a new computer, write to support — we will free the old device — or delete the key on the “API keys” page and create a new one.
No. Once the key is activated, conversion and spell check run on your own computer. The add-ins only check the licence and look for updates from time to time.
