Working with spreadsheets

Create spreadsheets in UzOffice — enter data, calculate with formulas, sort and filter, build charts and export to Excel.

UzOffice spreadsheets work like Excel: you calculate with numbers, sort data and build charts — all in the browser, with nothing to install. A budget, a report or a list — a spreadsheet gets it done quickly and tidily.

Create a spreadsheet

In the Spreadsheets section, click New spreadsheet or start from a ready-made template. A blank sheet opens straight away. To rename it, click the title at the top.

Entering data

Select a cell, type text or a number and press Enter. Move between cells with the arrow keys or the mouse. Adjust column width and row height by dragging their borders.

Calculating with formulas

To calculate, type a formula in a cell starting with =. For example, =SUM(A1:A10) adds up a column of numbers and =AVERAGE(B1:B5) finds their average. The spreadsheet supports hundreds of functions — financial, mathematical and logical.

When a cell used in a formula changes, the result is recalculated automatically — no need to refresh anything by hand.

Sorting and filtering

To organise data, sort a column — ascending or descending. A filter shows only the rows you need and temporarily hides the rest. This makes working with large lists much easier.

Charts and visualisation

To make numbers visual, select them and add a chart — column, line or pie. A chart updates itself when the data changes, so your reports always stay current.

Download

Download the finished spreadsheet as Excel (.xlsx) from the File menu. All formulas, formatting and charts are preserved.
